Terms & Conditions of Excel Web Agency

Delivery Policy

After you order our services, we’ll provide them based on the conditions outlined in the service contract. The type of service, how quickly you fulfill your obligations, and when you make the purchase all affect how fast you’ll get the services. Once the services are done, they are considered delivered. If you cancel the contract before the delivery, the agreement terms will decide if you get a full, partial, or no refund.

Payment Policy

If you choose a monthly service package from Excel Web Agency, you must pay the full amount before we start working.
If we agree on a fixed quote for any service, you need to pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% within 7 days of service commencement.
Monthly invoices will be sent in advance.
Failure to pay on time may result in immediate service termination without a 10-day notice.
Additional work requested by you will be charged separately.
We may review and adjust hourly fees, but we’ll notify you one month in advance.
If you don’t pay on time, we may suspend service.
Payment timing is crucial, and all sums become due immediately upon contract termination.
We may set off any amount you owe us against any amount we owe you.

Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied. We offer unlimited free revisions to improve your initial design. If there’s a processing error, failure to meet design requirements or dissatisfaction with the service, a refund may be requested within five days of the initial design completion. The refund amount depends on when you make the request.

Before initial concept delivery: Full refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
Within 48 hours: 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
Between 48-120 hours: 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

No refunds after 120 hours, but contact us with concerns. If there’s no response for 14 days, the project halts, and a $300 re-registration fee applies.

To claim a refund, contact our support department. We may approve/disapprove based on individual cases.

Email & Mobile Phone Policy

By providing your email and/or mobile phone, you agree to receive communications from Excel Web Agency. This includes updates about your service, newsletters, and project-related messages.

Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails or stop mobile communications at any time.

We’ll strive to communicate reasonably and keep your information confidential. Changes to this policy will be posted on our website.
